Terms of Service

Thank you for considering me for your commission - please keep this TOS in mind!

Delivery times may take up to one month or less. If needed by a certain due date, please discuss this with me.

I reserve the right to work on personal pieces between my commissions. If you do not feel comfortable with this, do not commission me.

I Will NOT Draw:

Hate Speech/Symbols, Hurtful content, Proshipping, Ships involving minors/children, Anything that would make me uncomfortable

It is strictly PROHIBITED to use my artwork for AI generated images, NFTs, Cryptocurrency or anything of this nature.

Please discuss with me if the artwork made will be for digital commercial usage (anything that may be used for profit/branding/promotion, which includes, but is not limited to, Twitch banners/thumbnails/video assets). There is a addon of +40% base price for this type of commercial usage.

If the artwork will be made for merchandising, (examples include, but is not limited to, mass production of t-shirts, clothing, posters for profit) should also be discussed with me. I may be less likely to agree to a commission of this nature, however, if agreed upon, there is a +70% addon from the base price.

You are allowed to print out my artwork for personal usage on clothing/ a t-shirt/poster, etc. for yourself for no additional fee.

Please credit me under Cocosuzuki if you repost/use my artwork. Do not edit out my signature/watermark. You are not allowed to credit yourself for the commission such as saying, "I drew this", "I made this", etc.

Payment is usually upfront I allow 100% refunds only if I have not started the commission or if I have to cancel. No refunds after the commission is completed.

Please remember it is your responsibility to save the commission made for you. If you ask for the file later on there is no guarantee I can find it for you.

I will try to communicate with you as frequently and as fast as I can.I prefer communication via Kofi. But if needed, Discord is okay too. I have the right to refuse any request.
